1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Muse platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Muse is a decentralized creator economy platform that enables creators to launch branded mobile applications, issue custom tokens, and monetize their content through blockchain technology. The Platform includes:

• Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) for creators
• Creator token issuance and trading
• Content monetization tools
• Community engagement features
• MusePay payment processing API

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a creator on the Platform, you agree to:

• Create and maintain your own content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide accurate information about your offerings
• Handle customer service for your community
• Maintain appropriate content standards

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

• Creators pay 10-15% fees on fiat-to-creator token conversions
• Exchange trading fees: 0.1-2%
• MusePay API processing fees: 2%
• Advertising revenue sharing: 30% to Muse, 70% to creators
• All fees are clearly disclosed before transactions

7. TOKENS AND CRYPTOCURRENCY

• Creator tokens are issued on blockchain networks
• Token values may fluctuate and involve financial risk
• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
• Muse does not guarantee token value or investment returns
• You are responsible for understanding tax implications

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Manipulate token prices or engage in market manipulation
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack or compromise Platform security

9. CONTENT MODERATION

• Creators maintain primary responsibility for content moderation
• Community governance mechanisms enable decentralized content standards
• Muse reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Creators retain ownership of their content and intellectual property
• Muse retains rights to Platform technology and branding
• Users grant Muse necessary licenses to operate the Platform
• Respect for intellectual property rights is required

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MUSE'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate these Terms at any time
• Muse may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, certain provisions will survive
• Creators retain access to their tokens and communities

15. MODIFICATIONS

Muse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
